FAQ's

What kind of service do you provide at Paws N' Tails?

When it comes to serving the needs of your pet, no job is too big for us. So no matter how extensive your absence is, you can depend on us to take care of your pet while you are gone. We provide quality, personalized, and skilled pet care when you aren't at home. We will treat your pets and belongings with the care while performing honest and timely services.

Do you have any prior experience in pet care?

Yes we do! All our pet sitters have been providing specialized pet care services. Many of us have well-loved pets of our own. This means that we know exactly what your pet wants and needs, lots of room to play and some Tender Loving Care… consider it delivered!

Can you take care of my exotic pet?

We work with dogs, cats, small bird, geckos, hamsters and a variety of caged pets as well. Some of our senior pet sitters can be called upon to handle mice, finches, sparrows, ducks, opossums and even sea lions, if the need be. So yea, you might not have a sea lion living at your home's pool, but our extensive experience can help us look after your exotic pet as well.

Why pet sitting? Wouldn't it just be better if I left them to the kennel?

Well, pets are more comfortable in surroundings that are familiar to them. They like their routines and adore their belongings. So why take them away from it all, to a new place with an added stress of new faces?

However, kennel I still a good idea for pets that are prone to separation anxiety and destructive behavior when away from you.

What services can you provide?

We'll feed your pets, bathe them, and give any medications as instructed by you. Other general pet services include daily dog walking, potty breaks, one-on-one play and exercise in accordance with your pet's needs. And of course your pets will get a lot of love and care in your absence.

How many visits per day can I expect from your pet sitter?

Dogs get 2 visits from us at the very least. However, we do encourage our clients to schedule at least 3 visits so we can ensure their health and safety in a more wholesome manner. Cats and other smaller pets are perfectly fine with one visit a day.
